We maintain an extensive inventory of replacement parts and offer full carpentry and repair services at our Maryland headquarters. We guarantee to the original purchaser that our furniture and all its parts and components are free of material and workmanship defects for three years from the date of purchase; brass plaques, fabric, and furniture covers, one year. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper assembly, alteration, abuse, accident, misuse, tampering, normal wear, or weather-related damage. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve the problem for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to inquire about returning or exchanging your product(s). If approved, we will issue you a return authorization number required for any return or exchange (returns cannot be accepted without this number). Stock items returned in new condition with original packaging will be eligible for a refund or exchange less all shipping fees. Made-to-order cushions, pillows, or umbrellas returned in new condition and original packaging may be returned for store credit less all shipping fees. Custom or COM items cannot be cancelled or returned. It is your responsibility to properly re-package and secure the merchandise to ensure a safe return to Country Casual Teak.
