Shipping and Delivery

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Furniture will be sent fully assembled. A two-person team will deliver and place the furniture in the desired location, including up one flight of stairs if needed. The delivery team will unbox and remove all packing materials by request. Delivery appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday during business hours. In-stock items ship from Maryland within one to five weeks depending on the size and services. Larger orders or orders with assembly and/or care application will be at the higher end of that range. Typical transit time is two to seven days depending on the destination. Please note: Some zip codes are not eligible for White Glove delivery but the furniture will still be delivered assembled. The recipient will need to unbox and place the furniture. This will be indicated during the checkout process.

Tips for Successful Delivery

  • Someone must be available at the time of delivery to direct where furniture is to be placed and request that packaging be removed.
  • The delivery team needs enough space to safely carry fully assembled furniture to the chosen location. Please be sure there is sufficient clearance in all doorways, stairways and pathways between the delivery vehicle and where furniture will be placed.
  • Delivery vehicles may have difficulty navigating tight spaces or gravel surfaces. For concerns about delivery vehicle access, please contact our Furniture Specialists at 1-800-289-8325.
  • Large orders may be separated into two or more deliveries to accommodate delivery vehicle size limits.
  • If there are any problems with the delivery or the furniture delivered, please contact our Furniture Specialists at 1-800-289-8325 before signing for the delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY

In-stock items ship from Maryland within one week. Care application will add time. Typical transit time is two to seven days depending on the destination.

Items are shipped flat-packed and subassembled unless otherwise noted. For example, a bench box includes seat, arm and back sections and a front rail. A bench is easy to assemble with a mallet and screwdriver in less than an hour. Country Casual Teak furniture is constructed with traditional mortise and tenon joinery and pegged with wooden dowels. All hardware necessary for assembly is provided along with instructions.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Canadian customers may check out on our website. Standard shipping costs will be displayed during the purchase process. Canadian customers will be responsible for brokerage and all associated taxes, duties and fees. For assembled shipping, please contact our Furniture Specialists for a custom quote.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP

Order pickup at our Maryland warehouse is available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET. A Furniture Specialist will reach out to schedule a time once the order is ready. Saturday pickups require special arrangements.

  • Wood engraving: 2 weeks
  • Brass and Aluminum plaques: 3 weeks
  • Bronze plaques: 6 weeks
  • Custom etching on Urbana receptacles: 3 to 5 weeks

CARE APPLICATION
  • Care application on new teak will ship in 1 to 4 weeks depending on the order size. One to five pieces will require 1 to 2 weeks while orders with 6 to 20 pieces will need 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Orders with more than 20 pieces of furniture will ship in 4 weeks.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
  • Cushions: 2 weeks
  • Pillows: 1 week
  • Umbrellas: 2 weeks
  • Premium Furniture Covers: 2 weeks
  • Special Order Fabrics: 6 weeks from date approved fabric is received at Country Casual Teak
