WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
White Glove furniture is delivered by a two-person team who will unwrap the assembled items and place them on a patio or second-floor location (access permitting). All the packaging will be removed if requested.
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders arrive in two to five weeks or sooner. Larger orders or orders with care application will be at the higher end of that range.
Please note: A few zip codes are not eligible for White Glove delivery but the furniture will still be delivered assembled. The client will need to unbox and place the furniture. This will be indicated during the checkout process.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery is shipped flat-packed and subassembled unless otherwise noted. In-stock items ship from Maryland and usually arrive within two to seven business days. Care application will add extra time.
CUSTOMER PICKUP
Order pickup is available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday pickups need to be scheduled with us in advance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Canadian customers can check out on our website. The associated shipping costs will be displayed during the purchase process. Canadian customers will be responsible for brokerage and all associated taxes, duties and fees. The shipping available for online purchases is standard shipping. ENGRAVINGS & PLAQUES
- Allow 3 weeks for engraving after the order is finalized.
- Allow 8 weeks for bronze plaques.
- Allow 5 weeks for custom etching on Urbana receptacles.
CARE APPLICATION
- Care application on new teak will deliver in 1 to 4 weeks depending on the order size. One piece will require 1 to 2 weeks while orders with fewer than 20 pieces will need 2 to 3 weeks.
- Orders with more than 20 pieces of furniture will deliver in 4 weeks.

- Premium Furniture Covers: 2 weeks
- Special Order Fabrics: 6 weeks from date approved fabric is received at Country Casual Teak
