Your satisfaction in our products is important to us. We stand behind all of our products, and want your furniture to look great and last for generations. We maintain an extensive inventory of replacement parts and offer full carpentry and repair services at our Maryland headquarters. We guarantee to the original purchaser that our furniture and all its parts and components are free of material and workmanship defects for three years from the date of purchase; brass plaques, fabric, and furniture covers, one year. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper assembly, alteration, abuse, accident, misuse, tampering, normal wear, or weather related damage. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve the problem for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for returns or exchanges. Call for a return authorization number (returns cannot be accepted without this number). Upon return, pending inspection, refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued for merchandise received in “as new” condition. It is the owner’s responsibility to properly repackage and secure the merchandise to ensure its safe return. Cushions and pillows may only be returned in their original, unopened wrapping. Made-to-order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and we cannot accept returns of custom items. Treated furniture cannot be returned without prior authorization.
